Yarn Along Wednesday.

Introducing my first Yarn Along every  which is held every Wednesday. It features my two favorite things (reading things and making things). I have been reading “The complete World of Greek Mythology” by Richard Buxton  which was recommended by my teacher at an introduction to Greek Legends and Myths class I am taking. The old stories are so interesting and many feature the good versus evil theme. “Suffer in your jocks Evil!”  I have been making Amigurumi Sirens.  Legend has it they sing beautiful songs and lure sailors to their doom.

  1. What a great post! So neat to hear about what you’ve been reading – and the persistent themes that you are finding that we can apply to life today. =)

  2. HaHaHa. I really was “laughing out loud” Roooly! If I start knitting giant camels, it might be time to worry..Thanks for liking my sirens. 🙂

  3. When I first looked at your photo I thought you had knitted a giant camel! After reading your text it all made sense, lovely little sirens……………..
